I started the year with a couple health goals in mind. I made a point to start where I knew I could be mindful and consistent. For me, that meant buying a water bottle that would hold all of the water I needed to drink in the day, along with making a point to incorporate fruits and veggies in my meals or snacks daily. So far I feel great! Be encouraged to start where you are and keep building. A little really does go a long way!
