Hi ya'll! Whenever I get on the "health and fitness wagon" I have high hopes for myself. I like quick results and can overdo it at times. Even with that though, sometimes it can cause frustration when I don't see results as fast as I would like. This time around though, I've found peace in healthy competition with me, myself, and I. I am currently going at a pace that's healthy for my body and yet brings steady and consistent results. So far I've lost 4 lbs.! Just know that you can do it too! Remember to make a plan that works for you and that will keep you safe and healthy to achieve it. Building up endurance for lasting results will mean much more to you when you're able to maintain that healthy lifestyle. Cheers to you on your journey!!💜
